At Ventuno, every bag is produced in small batches and individually inspected before leaving our manufacture. This considered approach ensures the level of quality and consistency we stand for. Because of this careful production process, the standard delivery window for all orders is 4–6 weeks.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express.
Each shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives at your address.
Express delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within a few business days once dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

For international customers, all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the purchase price.
Your order will therefore arrive without any additional charges upon delivery — regardless of the destination country.

Order Processing

Once your bag has passed the final quality check and has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking link.
Please note that production and processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and seasonality, as each piece is handled individually.

Delivery Address Requirements

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding services.
Please ensure that your shipping address can receive express courier deliveries.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, our customer service team will assist you immediately.
